Leo Montserrat is a hospitality professional with a track record of leading high performing teams through the development of business and people strategies that inspire others to achieve business and personal objectives. 

In his 18-year career in hospitality, he has cultivated best in class cultures and developed individuals in Food & Beverage, Rooms, and Hotel operations.

His professional portfolio includes, The Wyndham Indianapolis West, The Alexander Hotel, The Indianapolis Marriott Downtown, WLS task force special teams for new hotel openings, Conrad Indianapolis, and, most recently, founder of PRONTO! Staffing Solutions.

Leo embraces culture, respect, and team diversity as key components to the success of any operation. Over his tenure in hotels, he has specialized in business management, work culture, and employee engagement.   

Leo takes pride in his approach to lead and mentor team members, and he both creates and embraces a great work environment — which is the foundation of a successful operation in any field. 

Leo also holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University. Leo is bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English languages. His life passions are spending time with his two daughters as well as international travel. In 2021, Leo achieved his goal of visiting all seven wonders of the world.
